For everyone
Recently some players have approached []TOs[] about sanctioning drafts with

Fifth Dawn, prior to the release date of the product (using the players

supplied product).
The policy regarding these events is that prior to the street release date

of the product, these drafts []can[] not be sanctioned.
The only sanctioned events using Fifth Dawn prior to street release are the

prereleases and the sneak peaks.
